(1) If a question arises as to whether a document is written or counterprinted by a person or not, the court may order that person to write or counterprint it on another paper and verify the fact by comparing it with the signature or counterprint or with the signature or counterprint on any other document of his.
(2) In cases where the signature or signature cannot be verified as written in sub-section (1), the court may verify the same from other evidence.
(3) Nothing written in this section shall be deemed to prevent the court from taking into evidence the opinion of an expert regarding signatures or counterprints.
